Personal Data LeHui Collects
LeHui collects data from you through our interactions with you and through our products. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with LeHui and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. You provide some data to us directly (e.g., contact LeHuimation, job LeHuimation), we collect data about your interactions with and use of our products (e.g., cookies or other electronic trackers, customer relationship management LeHuimation), and we obtain data about you from third parties (e.g., LeHuimation from an LeHui partner or LeHuimation about your attendance at an event sponsored by LeHui).
When you interact with us, we collect LeHuimation sent to us by your device. The LeHuimation we collect may include data about the pages you access, your computer IP address, device ID or unique identifier, device type, geolocation LeHuimation, computer and connection LeHuimation, and mobile network LeHuimation.
You have choices about the technology you use and the data you share with us. When we ask you to provide personal data, you may decline. However, many of our products require some personal data to provide you with a service. If you choose not to provide that necessary data, you will not be able to use that product or feature. Similarly, where we need personal data by law or to enter into or carry out a contract with you, we will not be able to proceed if you do not provide the data. We will let you know if not providing the personal LeHuimation will result in our inability to provide you with a product or service. In cases where providing personal data is optional, certain features like personalization will not work if you choose not to provide the personal data.
How LeHui Uses Personal Data
LeHui uses the data we collect about you to provide you with rewarding, interactive experiences. In particular, we use data to:
• Provide our products and services, which includes updating, securing, and troubleshooting, as well as providing support. It also includes sharing data, when necessary to provide the service or other transaction you have requested.
• Improve and develop our products.
• Personalize our products.
• Advertise and market to you, which includes sending promotional communications and targeting advertising.
We also use the data for our business purposes, including analyzing our performance, meeting our legal obligations, and developing our workforce. To achieve these purposes, we sometimes combine data we collect from different contexts to give you a better experience, to make LeHuimed business decisions, and for other legitimate reasons. For example, we may combine LeHuimation we have about your current engagement with our products with LeHuimation relating to your other interactions with LeHui, including your attendance at LeHui sponsored events. We may also combine data in other contexts.
Reasons We Share Personal Data
We share your personal data with LeHui affiliates and subsidiaries, vendors, partners, and service providers (when you have approved such sharing) to complete transactions, or to provide a product you have requested. We also share data with LeHui affiliates and subsidiaries, with vendors working for us, when required by law or legal process, to protect lives, to maintain the security of our products, to provide support services and to protect the rights and property of LeHui and its customers. For example, we may share LeHuimation with our partners to complete a business transaction with you or to provide support during your use of our products and services.
How to Access and Control Your Personal Data
You have choices about how LeHui collects and uses your data. You can exercise your data protection rights by contacting LeHui or using some of the tools we provide. You have certain rights, including to access, correct, erase, object to, or restrict our use of your personal data. You may also withdraw your consent for our use of your personal LeHuimation, if applicable. In some circumstances, you may request a copy of your personal LeHuimation in a usable electronic format. In some cases, your access or control of your personal data may be limited, where required or permitted by applicable law. Where applicable, you may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
You may control the use of your data for advertising from LeHui by email us info@LeHuitechnology.com . Not all personal data processed by LeHui may be accessed or controlled using the preferences page. If you want to access or control personal data processed by LeHui that is not available using the tools located on the preferences page, you can contact LeHui at the address listed below.
International Transfers of Data
LeHui is a China local organization with its headquarters in the China. We may share your personal LeHuimation among LeHui, our affiliates, our service providers, and other third parties that may be outside the country in which you reside. We have put in place appropriate safeguards to handle the transfers of data to ensure that your personal LeHuimation is handled as described in this policy.
LeHui complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework (Privacy Shield) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal LeHuimation transferred from the European Union, the United Kingdom and/or Switzerland to the United States in reliance on Privacy Shield. LeHui ( has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Principles with respect to such LeHuimation. If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. To learn more about the Privacy Shield program, and to view our certification, please visit https://www.privacyshield.gov/list. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction over LeHui’s compliance with Privacy Shield. In certain situations, LeHui may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
If you have an unresolved privacy or data security concern that we have not addressed satisfactorily, please contact our third party dispute resolution provider (free of charge) at https://feedback-form.truste.com/watchdog/request. Under certain conditions, an individual may invoke binding arbitration for complaints regarding Privacy Shield compliance not resolved by any of the other Privacy Shield mechanisms: https://www.privacyshield.gov/article?id=ANNEX-I-introduction. LeHui has responsibility for the processing of personal LeHuimation it receives under the Privacy Shield and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. LeHui shall remain liable under the Principles if its agent processes such personal LeHuimation in a manner inconsistent with the Principles, unless LeHui proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
LeHui’s privacy practices, described in this Privacy Policy, comply with the APEC Cross Border Privacy Rules System. The APEC CBPR system provides a framework for organizations to ensure protection of personal LeHuimation transferred among participating APEC economies. Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device to store data. We use cookies and similar technologies for storing your preferences and settings, enabling you to sign in, providing advertising, combating fraud, and fulfilling other legitimate business purposes. Cookie Settings
Products Provided by Your Organization
If you use an email address provided by your employer or another organization to access LeHui products, that organization has the ability to control and administer your LeHui product account, as well as the ability to access and process your data.
Many LeHui products are intended for use by organizations, such as businesses. If your organization provides you with access to LeHui products, your use of the LeHui products is subject to your organization’s policies, if any. You should direct your privacy inquiries, including any requests to exercise your data protection rights, to your organization’s administrator. LeHui is not responsible for the privacy or security practices of our customers, partners, or vendors, which may differ from LeHui’s privacy policy.
How Long We Retain Your Personal LeHuimation
Generally, we will keep your personal data for the duration of our relationship with you. After our relationship ends, we will retain your personal LeHuimation for a period of time that permits us to satisfy the following purposes: record retention as may be required by applicable law, for use in a legal claim or proceeding, to address any complaints we receive regarding our products or services, or other legitimate business reasons.
How We Protect Your Personal LeHuimation
The security of your personal data is important to us. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security of your data.
Personal Data Processed by LeHui on Behalf of Its Customers
Through our software platform, we provide products and services to our customers that enable them to engage with end users. When our customers collect LeHuimation from their end users through our products and services, this Privacy Policy does not apply to that collection of LeHuimation. This is because our customers, as the data controllers, are directing the collection of that LeHuimation, and LeHui has no direct relationship with our customers’ end users. LeHui does not control our customers’ collection or use of the end users’ LeHuimation.
To learn how an LeHui customer uses the LeHuimation it collects through LeHui’s products, please see that customer’s privacy policy. If you are an end user who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, or if you are an end user of one of our customers and would no longer like to be contacted by that customer, please contact them directly.
In connection with the products and services we provide, we may transfer personal LeHuimation to companies that help us provide our products and services. Transfers to these third parties are governed by our agreements with our customers.

CCPA Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice for California residents applies to visitors to our website who are consumers under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA). Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.
LeHuimation We Do and Do Not Collect
LeHui collects personal LeHuimation as described at www.LeHuitechnology.com/about/privacy-policy
In the past 12 months, LeHui has collected the following types of personal LeHuimation:
• Identifiers
First and last name, postal address, email address, username, IP address, online identifier, and similar identifiers.
• Personal LeHuimation categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.80(e))
First and last name, signature, Social Security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver's license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial LeHuimation, medical LeHuimation, or health insurance LeHuimation. Some personal LeHuimation included in this category may overlap with other categories.
• Commercial LeHuimation
Records of LeHui products licensed or used.
• Internet or other similar network activity
Browsing history, search history, LeHuimation on a consumer's interaction with a website, application, or advertisement.
• Geolocation data
Location data based on an IP address.
We share your personal LeHuimation with LeHui affiliates and subsidiaries, vendors, partners, and service providers (when you have approved such sharing) to complete transactions, or to provide a product you have requested. We also share data with LeHui affiliates and subsidiaries, with vendors working for us, when required by law or legal process, to protect lives, to maintain the security of our products, to provide support services and to protect the rights and property of LeHui and its customers. For example, we may share LeHuimation with our partners to complete a business transaction with you or to provide support during your use of our products and services.
LeHui has not collected the following types of personal LeHuimation:
• Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law
Unless you are an LeHui employee or applicant, we have not collected LeHuimation relating to your age, race, color, ancestry, national origin, citizenship, religion or creed, marital status, medical condition, physical or mental disability, sex (including gender, gender identity, gender expression, pregnancy or childbirth and related medical conditions), sexual orientation, veteran or military status, genetic LeHuimation (including familial genetic LeHuimation).
• Commercial LeHuimation
Records of personal property purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or consuming histories or tendencies.
• Biometric LeHuimation
Unless you are an LeHui employee or applicant, we have not collected genetic, physiological, behavioral, and biological characteristics, or activity patterns used to extract a template or other identifier or identifying LeHuimation, such as, fingerprints, faceprints, and voiceprints, iris or retina scans, keystroke, gait, or other physical patterns, and sleep, health, or exercise data.
• Professional or employment-related LeHuimation
Unless you are an LeHui employee or applicant, LeHui has not collected LeHuimation related to your current employment or prior job history.
• Non-public education LeHuimation (per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Section 1232g, 34 C.F.R. Part 99)
Unless you are an LeHui employee or applicant, LeHui has not collected your education records maintained by an educational institution, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial LeHuimation, or student disciplinary records.
• Inferences drawn from other personal LeHuimation
Unless you are an MYT employee or applicant, or a user of MYT’s Talent Science application, we have not collected a profile reflecting your preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, or aptitudes.
• Sensory data
Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar MYTmation.
• Data from children under the age of 16
Any personal MYTmation related to children under the age of 16. If you are a child under the age of 16, please do not provide your personal MYTmation to us.
Under CCPA, personal MYTmation does not include publicly available MYTmation from government records, deidentified or aggregated consumer MYTmation or MYTmation otherwise excluded from the CCPA's scope.
We obtain your personal MYTmation both directly and indirectly. For example, we directly obtain your personal MYTmation when you complete forms on our website. We may also obtain MYTmation indirectly from you, for example, by observing your interactions with our website.
MYT does not sell your personal MYTmation to third parties within the scope of CCPA.
California Consumer Rights
You have the right to request that we provide you with MYTmation about the categories of personal MYTmation we collected about you, the categories of sources from which we collected such MYTmation, the specific personal MYTmation we collected about you, the business or commercial purpose for collecting personal MYTmation about you, the categories of your personal MYTmation that we disclosed (if any), and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed such MYTmation in the preceding 12 months. You also have the right to request that we delete personal MYTmation we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
MYT will not discriminate against you in offering pricing or services if you choose to exercise any of your rights under CCPA.
How to Make a Request
You may be required to submit proof of your identity for these requests to be processed as a verifiable consumer request. We may not be able to comply with your request if we are unable to confirm your identity.
Under CCPA, you may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If you designate an authorized agent, we may require proof of identity and authority before taking action on your request.
We will respond to your request consistent with the CCPA, which does not apply to certain MYTmation, such as MYTmation made available from government records, certain data subject to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and certain other laws, and where its application is preempted by, or in conflict with, other laws applicable to MYT.
For End Users of MYT’s Software
As explained in our Privacy Policy, through our software platforms, we provide products and services to our customers that enable them to engage with end users. When our customers collect MYTmation from their end users through our products and services, this privacy notice does not apply to that collection of MYTmation. This is because our customers, as the data controllers, are directing the collection of that MYTmation, and MYT has no direct relationship with our customers’ end users. MYT does not control our customers’ collection or use of the end users’ personal MYTmation.
Updates to this Notice
From time to time, MYT may update this notice. When the notice is updated, we will provide MYTmation about the changes we have made, as well as the date of the update.

Updates to Our Privacy Policy
From time to time, we may modify or update this policy. You can see at the top of the policy when it was last updated. If we substantially modify this policy, we will notify you of the changes by posting them on our website. Any changes to our policy are effective as of the date we post such changes, unless we MYTm you otherwise. If we modify our policy in a way that would have a substantial impact on the nature of processing or your privacy rights, we would provide sufficient advance notice to provide you with an opportunity to exercise your rights.
